Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges are additional and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.

An Order Acceptance email will be sent once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
 
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Policy: We ship to most locations within the United States. Shipping costs will vary depending on the delivery address, the weight of the items, and the delivery method chosen.
Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times vary by product and location. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Shipping Carrier: We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your orders. Delivery times and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All shipments are limited to the United States, but we are exploring options to expand our shipping services in the future.
5. Handling of Damaged Goods
We take great care in packaging and shipping your furniture to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth resolution:
 
Inspect Upon Delivery: Inspect your item for damages immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the delivery or sign for the item.
Report Damages: Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged goods. Provide photographic evidence of the damage, along with your order number and any relevant details.
Replacement or Refund: Depending on the situation, we will either replace the damaged item or offer a full refund. We may also require the return of the damaged item at our expense.
