- Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping, which usually takes 3–5 business days.
- White Glove Delivery: For large or delicate items, we offer White Glove Delivery, which includes delivery and full assembly of your furniture at your home.
- Local Pickup: For customers in or near Mancos, CO, we offer the option to pick up your order directly from our warehouse at no charge.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method, destination, and the size and weight of your order. These charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you finalize your purchase.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within the United States. We do not yet offer international shipping, but we plan to expand our shipping capabilities in the future. Processing Time: Once you place an order, we will begin processing it immediately. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery:
- Visible Damage: If there is visible damage to the packaging or the product, do not accept the delivery or note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
- Hidden Damage: If you notice damage after the delivery is made, please contact us within 48 hours to report the issue.
We will provide a solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.
7. Returns and Exchanges

- Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
